Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. To ensure I can accommodate all my clients, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of 30% of the service total.
Clients who arrive past 15 minutes into their appointment time, will forfeit their appointment and will be charged 30% of the service total.
